2. Trial Session
A trial session is scheduled for [[Trial Date and Time]] at [[Location]]. The trial is non-refundable but the fee may be credited toward the day-of services if the contract is fulfilled. Changes to desired look after trial may incur additional fees.
3. Day-of Timeline and Ready-By Times
Working backward from ceremony:

4. Pricing, Deposit, and Payment

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Postponement
- Cancellation by client: deposit is forfeited.
- Reschedule or postponement by client more than 60 days out: deposit may transfer to new date if available (one-time).
- Within 60 days: deposit forfeited unless studio can rebook the date.
- Weather or venue emergency: studio will work in good faith to accommodate or provide credit for future services.
Studio cancellation (illness, emergency): full refund of payments received or full credit for future date.
6. Assistant / Team and Touch-Ups
Studio may provide assistant(s) for larger parties. Touch-up services on wedding day for bridal party included up to [[X hours]] after ceremony start or as quoted. Additional touch-ups billed hourly.
7. Products and Client Responsibilities
Client provides any special products or accessories (veil, headpiece, lashes). Studio provides professional products and tools. Client is responsible for communicating allergies or sensitivities in writing at least 7 days prior.
8. Final Headcount and Changes
Final headcount and service list due [[14 days]] before wedding. Increases after this date subject to availability and additional fees. Decreases do not reduce the contract total after deposit.
9. Liability, Allergies, and Disclaimer
Studio uses professional-grade products. Client releases studio from liability for reactions when client has not disclosed known allergies or sensitivities. Studio is not responsible for results affected by client-provided products or prior chemical treatments not disclosed.
10. Photography and Portfolio
Client grants studio permission to photograph the finished looks for portfolio and marketing use unless written opt-out is provided.
